Tasting notes
Nose: Light herbs, exotic fruit, vanilla, gentle oak, clean smoke.
Palate: Very smooth and velvety, sweet oak, caramel and soft spice with a measured smoky thread.
Finish: Long, powerful and smoky with honeyed oak.
 
Provenance and craft
Distilled and matured in Scotland. A blended malt selected for a smoke forward profile, finished in first fill casks chosen for intensity and polish. Final marriage by Master Blender and Donatella owner Matthias Steinmetz.
 
Edition and packaging
Limited to 100 bottles worldwide. Each bottle is hand finished, individually numbered and signed, secured with the Original Donatella hologram. Supplied with booklet and presentation box.
 
Serving and storage
Serve neat, with a few drops of water or over two to three large ice cubes. Store upright in a cool, dark, dry place.
