Free EU shipping over 250 €
Shipping of our products is primarily available within Europe (EU) by default. Depending on the size of your order, we offer shipping via DHL or DHL Freight. You can find the applicable shipping costs on the product pages in our online shop.
If you wish to have your order shipped to a different country, please contact us via email (email@example.com) before placing your order. In your email, please provide the product details, quantity, delivery address including the country and corresponding postal code. We will promptly inform you whether we can arrange delivery to the requested country. If delivery to the specified address is possible, we will also provide you with the shipping costs, as we need to inquire about shipping feasibility and costs with our shipping partner beforehand.
You can track every shipment from Donatella online with a tracking number (tracking ID) you receive from us. As soon as we hand over your order to DHL Germany or UPS, you will receive an automatic email from us with your tracking ID.
By default, we only ship to the countries listed (see drop-down menu during the ordering process). Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped by DHL or a forwarding agent. The respective shipping costs are calculated automatically in our online shop. If you would like your order to be shipped to another country, please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and tell us the article, the quantity and the delivery address. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping options and the costs in advance.
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfer by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Age and identity control:
We use the age and identity verification from DHL (DE) and UPS (EU). It is forbidden by law to deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
For deliveries abroad, duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price displayed!
Donatella Whisky accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

*PayPal payments are not available in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar.
**For security reasons, we accept credit card payments up to 10,000 euros per transaction. Payments exceeding 10,000 euros must be made securely through advance bank transfer.
We prioritize transparency and legality in our business practices. Please be aware that transfers exceeding 12,500 € are subject to mandatory reporting to the Bundesbank (independent central bank of the Federal Republic of Germany) in accordance with applicable legal provisions. This reporting is in place for the monitoring and combating of money laundering and other illicit financial activities. We want to inform you that this reporting occurs automatically through our system and does not impact the processing of your order. Your data will be handled confidentially in accordance with privacy regulations. Should you have any questions or concerns, we are at your disposal.
When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.
