Tasting notes
Nose: Rich oak, gentle smoke, honey, sherry lift, almond and spice.
Palate: Intense yet silky with sweet oak, marzipan, vanilla and a measured cloud of smoke.
Finish: Long, powerful and persistent with clear echoes of sherry, fruit and refined oak.
 
Provenance and craft
Distilled and matured in Scotland. Eight years in oak, two years in seasoned sherry casks, then a final finish in select first fill casks chosen for a smoke forward profile. Created by Master Blender and Donatella owner Matthias Steinmetz for impact and balance.
 
Edition and packaging
Limited to 100 bottles worldwide. Each bottle is individually numbered and supplied with a certificate of authenticity, booklet and presentation box. Secured with the Original Donatella hologram.
 
Serving and storage
Serve neat, with a few drops of water or over two to three large ice cubes. Store upright in a cool, dark, dry place. Serve at room temperature.
